The husband and wife 2nd Boer War pairs to Lieutenant and Quartermaster D. Dallas, Royal Army Medical Corps and Nursing Sister Isabella P. Marshall, Cape service.

Medal rolls for Q.S.A/K.S.A. list Lieutenant and Quartermaster D Dallas as serving with 16th Stationary and 24th Field Hospital during the Boer War.
