A VERY NICE AND SLEEPY WW2 PERIOD JAPANESE SWORD. FITTED TO THE SCABBARD RING IS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A BELT LOOP MADE FROM A STEN GUN SLING, MOST PROBABLY Y THE BRITISH SOLDIER WHO CAPTURED THE SWORD. STEEL SCABBARD WITH A DEEP BROWN PATINA. THE BLADE , 692 MM LONG INCLUDING THE HABAKI. BLADE HAS SOME RANDOM LIGHT STAINING, BUT IS STILL CRISP AND VERY SHARP. TANG WITH SINGLE PEG HOLE. SIGNED TO BOTH SIDES ALONG WITH SOME RED PAINT MARKINGS. SIGNATURES UN-RESERCHED.
